We have now published our first ever Seafood Shack Book, Food and Tales from Ullapool.

We wanted to create a book to firstly show people that you don't need to be an amazing chef to cook delicious seafood. We both just love to cook and would like to share with you some of our simple yet yummy recipes.

We also want to pass on our tips on using fresh local seafood, what to ask for from your fishmonger or local fishermen and how to make the most out of the produce you receive.

Finally The Seafood Shack would be nowhere without our local fishermen, so we wanted to share with you all a little bit of what they do.
